PICK UP / DROP OFF
All car pickups require scheduled pickup. It is requested that you allow 12 hours prior notice for us to ready your vehicle for pickup.
Vehicle Pickup is available anytime when scheduled and approved.
Pickups are included in your membership.
Car Swapping is also included.
Car returns during normal business hours are $20 to your monthly bill.
Car returns outside of normal business hours are $50
BILLING / CANCELLATIONS
CarClub, LCC will send you a Stripe link to subscribe to Car Club. This will automatically bill you every month according to your first payment.
Cancellations: Please email Chris@carclub.ltd or Shawn@carclub.ltd to notify us of your change in plans. Memberships are canceled the pay period following Car Club receiving your written cancellation notice.

GUESTS
All guests of Car Club must adhere to member policies and practices. Failing to comply with these will result in removal from the property and potentially a ban.
Additional guests will be a $20 charge to have access to the Car Club.
EVENTS
Car Club will host monthly events that may fall during or outside normal business hours.
Events hosted by Car Club may sometimes require an additional fee.
Car Club members get a “plus one” to all facility events.
Additional tickets can be purchased by Car Club members only.
CAR CLUB POLICIES
Car Club is an inclusive space, all are welcome who share a love of cars. Treat other members with the respect you deserve.
This respect applies to all member vehicles. Do not touch, or enter any vehicle that does not belong to you, unless invited to do so by the vehicle’s owner.
Respect our neighbors: We share our loading dock with two other companies. We need to be good neighbors in order for Car Club to thrive. Do not litter, loiter, smoke or impede in loading doc operations.
Respect our Street: Our presence is a privilege. Please leave Car Club quietly and safely. Any obnoxious or unsafe behavior will result in a review of your membership
No Burnouts, No Loud Radios, No Revving, No Clutch Kicking, No Racing. No…
Car Club is a work space, so please be considerate of other member’s and staff’s phone calls, and the business at hand during work hours.
The upstairs loft office is restricted to employees only
Do not store anything at Car Club that does not fit in your personal vehicle. Additional storage is available by request for parts or space wheels and tires
No Smoking in the Car Club of any kind. If you wish to partake, please do so completely outside the facility.
Food and Beverages: Make yourself at home, but please dispose of your food and drink when you are done in the appropriate bins.
Alcoholic beverages:
We want you to feel at home at Car Club, please drink responsibly and plan accordingly if you are driving. Car services are a short wait, and the Blue Line train is a 5 minute walk away.
Violations to this common sense policy will result in a review of your membership by Car Club leadership.
PRIVACY POLICY
No mobile information, or Personal Identifiable Information (PII) will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
